Are children welcome?

While we love your kids and they are an important part of our community, our wedding and reception will be adults-only. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30 pm to stick with the schedule set by our venue, so please plan to arrive by 5:15 at the latest. Thank you!

Is this indoors/outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors in The Gerard T. Donnelly Grand Garden. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors in The Gingko Room.

Is there a dress code?

Formal/cocktail attire (gowns and tuxedos not necessary!)

Is there transportation?

Answer

We will have a bus from Windy City to take guests from the hotel to the ceremony. They will be arriving at 4:30, so please meet in the hotel lobby then in order to catch a ride to the ceremony. The bus will also bring guests back to the hotel from the venue after the reception!
