Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
There is a room block reserved at Red Hawk Casino & Resort. Please call the Reservations Department at (888) 573-3495 and mention the block date and name. There is more information about the room block as well as other local hotels on the Travel page.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a dedicated parking lot as well as plenty of street parking.

Will there be a shuttle service?
Answer
Since Uber/Lyft is limited in the area and we do not want people driving after drinking, we have arranged shuttles. Please see below for location and times. 4:15PM - Pick up at Red Hawk Casino + Resort, Drop off at Sequoia Mansion 9:30PM - Pick up at Sequoia Mansion, Drop off at Best Western Placerville & Red Hawk Resort 11:00PM - Pick up at Sequoia Mansion, Drop off at Best Western Placerville 11:00PM - Pick up at Sequoia Mansion, Drop off at Red Hawk Resort PLEASE NOTE: the 11PM shuttles will be two separate vehicles. Please ensure you are getting on the correct shuttle! The 9:30 shuttle will be one vehicle making 2 stops.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, a pantsuit or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Yes, we have attempted to include your children on your invitation. However, if we missed anyone, please reach out to Peter and Tiffany if you are interested in bringing your child.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
There will be a variety of passed and stationed appetizers at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a duet of chicken and beef. There will also be vegetarian/vegan options. Please reach out to Tiffany and Peter with any dietary restrictions! There is a place to mark this on the RSVP card.

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at: 6624 Dunmore Ave Citrus Heights CA 95621 A wedding card box and honeymoon fund will be at our reception.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
The venue will open for guests at 4:30PM. We kindly request all guests be in their seats by 4:45PM.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome cocktail party on the evening before our wedding at Main Street Taphouse in Placerville starting at 7:30PM. There will be appetizers and small bites as well as an open bar until 9PM. Please feel free to hang out as long as you'd like after that as well!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
Take (and share!) as many photos during the reception as you would like but please refrain from all device use during the ceremony. We will also have professional photographers capturing the day!
