What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive at the reception venue by 5:10 PM. The ceremony is a 5-10 drive up a two-track road; everyone is welcome to come but only high-clearance vehicles will be able to access it. It will be a brief intimate ceremony with limited seating. Guests who wish to only attend the reception are welcome stay at the venue, food and drinks will be provided.

Is there a dress code?

Western Formal The ceremony and reception are outside so plan accordingly for cooler temperatures at night. Appropriate footwear is recommended.

Parking will be marked at the venue.

Our wedding is an adult celebration; children are welcome but the venue is a working ranch with open water, wildlife, and other hazards.

Answer

We have a block of hotel rooms reserved at the Yogo Inn in Lewistown, ask for the Ward Wedding.

Answer

There will be beer and a few mixed drinks provided, feel free to bring your own beverages as well.
