What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. Late-comers will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony is finished to avoid interruption.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear "garden cocktail attire". This means cocktail attire with bright colors, floral prints, suits with colorful ties or accessories, and fascinators encouraged. We love to see your creativity! Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, but July in Oak Glen is typically warm. You can find some inspiration here: https://pin.it/2llrnCbLO

How long does it take to get there from LA?

Answer

This is very traffic-dependent, but usually about 2 hours. We recommend staying nearby the venue Saturday night rather than returning to LA after the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation. There is parking at the venue for those who wish to drive, or we recommend Uber, Lyft, or a taxi service. Given the location of the venue, it is best to pre-arrange a ride with Uber or a taxi. A few local taxi services to consider are A1 Plus Taxi Cab and Valley Cab.

Yes! There is unlimited self-parking at the venue.

We do not have any room blocks specifically reserved, but please check out the Travel tab for options.

Will there be food options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Yes! When you RSVP there will be the ability to specify any restrictions.

Since we have a limited capacity at the venue, please only bring the people specifically listed on your invitation.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

A tab to RSVP online will be open on this website once invitations have been sent out. Once they have, please let us know as soon as possible if you are able to attend, but make sure to do it before May 13th!

What should we call the bride and groom?

Answer

Both the bride and groom are keeping their own last names (you can just call us Henry and Mara).

Will there be a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! We will be releasing the online registry closer to our wedding date, we appreciate the generosity in advance!
