Take a beautiful nature walk where Claire has spent hours and hours of training for her various endurance events and dragged Henry along only a few times! Start at the visitor center or near Vilas Park for a view of Lake Wingra.
Olbrich Botanical Gardens
Enjoy Madison’s indoor botanical garden across the street from Olbrich park which has a beautiful view of the city from across Lake Monona!
Picnic Point
Take a nature walk after driving through campus surrounded by Lake Mendota with a great view of the capitol!
Lower Yahara River Trail
For another nature walk, head over to McFarland (a Madison suburb that is in fact very close to the city) to see Lake Waubesa.
Camp Randall Stadium
In case anyone plans on ditching the ceremony to see the Badgers kick some Buckeye butt and get your butt kicked by Claire!
