Matron of Honor
Casey is my taller, blonder, older twin sister! She has turned me into an avid enneagram-er and I'm pretty sure she knows me better than I know myself. She is kind, gentle, and loving. Not only is she the epitome of what an older sister should be, but she is a role model in so many other ways. She is a supportive wife to Jordan and a dedicated mother to Elias! She is passionate about so many things and her heart is overflowing with love for others. Look at the picture I chose of her...she is just so COOL! Never could I ever pull off a solo shot like that - I just wouldn't know what to do with my arms and my face, but she pulls it off effortlessly. Casey is basically the best sister in the world.
Maid of Honor
Kelly and I met in the training room at Duke our freshman year. I always hated how one of my teammates claimed The Famous Soccer Prodigy Kelly was her best friend but in the end, she chose the correct lacrosse player to be her friend...me! Since 2011, Kelly and I have been inseparable. I followed her to Nashville where we have meshed our new friends into one big friend group. Kelly knows my relationship with Henry better than anyone and has been my most steadfast confidant throughout it all. Kelly holds anyone that has ever tried to date me in a holding cell and usually doesn't let them out but somehow, Henry won her over instantly. Kelly is loyal, selfless, honest, and adventurous and I couldn't do this without her!
Bridesmaid
With a friendship established in 1992, where do I begin?! Although we grew up never living in the same state, Shannon is my first ever and longest lasting friend. She is truly the world's most interesting and passionate woman and has a unique gift to instantly make anyone feel right at home upon first meeting. My first memories with Shannon are from Lacrosse Final 4 Weekends cheering on the Terps and shouting "WE'RE GLUE!" when the weekend was over and it was time to go home. When you meet Shannon this weekend, she will teach you the best yoga moves to heal your ailments and will be your new best friend for life. One week after dating Henry, I learned that he was graced with Shannon's (Sharkeisha's) presence during college when he would visit his friends on the lacrosse team at UMBC.

Erin is the lucky one of this bunch who knew me and embraced me during my most awkward of years. Ever since I left for boarding school in high school, I don't see her often, but her friendship remains unwavering and we always pick up right where we left off. Us young entrepreneurs ran a Jonas Brothers myspace fan page, wrote songs and screenplays that we hoped the Disney Channel would pick up, and had lemonade stands nearly every weekend out of the back of her dad's truck. I truly grew up and discovered who I was with Erin by my side. I am so thankful for this special friendship and to have her by my side in another season of our lives.
Bridesmaid
Jess was my first friend in Nashville and quickly made this city feel like home. We were both 24 (the "older" girls in our Teach for America program) and immediately clicked the moment we met. We had to go through a brutal several days of teacher training and I truly felt like I found a friend soulmate when I realized we both thought we were in the twilight zone with what we were learning. Jess is loyal, fun, cheerful, and loves the simple things - literally the epitome of what I am drawn to in a friend. She is the kind of person that immediately calms any anxieties, loves me for all my quirks, and makes me feel at home wherever I am. I hope she's ready to be in my life forever and I will likely beg Henry to let us follow her and her husband Alex to whatever military base they end up at.
