Smile Taxi service will be providing transportation for guests from the cruise port to the ceremony site on Sapphire Beach. Look for a sign that reads “Poppe Wedding” as you exit the gate after disembarking the ship. Please plan to board by 11:10am as the shuttle will leave promptly at 11:20am in order to make it to the ceremony with plenty of time. The reception is at SeaSalt Restaurant, which is steps away from the ceremony site, from 1pm until 3pm. Craft cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres await! If you wish to spend the rest of your day in the sun, Sapphire Beach is the place to do it. Feel free to pack a small bag with your beach supplies to change into after the reception. A taxi stand is on site with taxis waiting for you whenever you are ready to return to the ship. Note: Typical cab fare back to the port is appx $17 per person, and please plan for an appx 40 minute drive.

Reservations have already been made on behalf of all attendees. This will utilize one of your specialty dining reservations. Please let us know if you prefer to sit this event out! Note: Per Norwegian Cruise line, the dress code calls for cocktail attire. No tank tops for men, no shorts, no casual flip flops, baseball caps, visors, or jeans that are overly faded/torn.

Transportation to Ceremony

Smile Taxi service will be providing transportation for guests from the cruise port to the ceremony site on Sapphire Beach. Look for a sign that reads “Poppe Wedding” as you exit the gate after disembarking the ship. Please plan to board by 11:10am as the shuttle will leave promptly at 11:20am in order to make it to the ceremony with plenty of time. Note: Transportation back to the ship will be the guests' responsibility, as we anticipate that many of you will wish to spend additional time enjoying Sapphire Beach and will want to return to the ship at your own leisure. There is a taxi stand on site. Fees are appx $17/person, and you should plan for a 30-40 minute ride back to the ship.
