Yes, the dress code for our wedding is formal attire.
The welcome period for guests to arrive at the Ceremony is between 5:00 and 5:15 PM. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:20 PM. Please keep in mind that there is approximately a five minute walk from the parking area to the Ceremony site.
We would like to ensure our guests are able to fully enjoy the evening and all of it's festivities! The Ceremony will be held outdoors on natural, grassy terrain (weather permitting). The Cocktail Hour will also be held outdoors on the lower patio; both the Reception and After Party will be held indoors.

Yes, there will be a shuttle service provided for all guests who have made arrangements to stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Montgomery (starting at 4:30 PM and ending at 1 AM).
The first shuttle will be departing the Holiday Inn promptly at 4:30 PM (outside the hotel lobby). The second pick-up from the Holiday Inn will follow upon shuttle arrival.
Absolutely! Please leave a note on your RSVP card outlining any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions that you may have. We will be sure to address any allergies and/or dietary restrictions with the venue in advance.
