There will be shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. The pick up/drop off location will be in Keystone Village. See shuttle schedule below. Pick-up before Ceremony The pick-up spot is in Keystone River Run Village next to Dercum Ice Skating Rink (https://shorturl.at/203P8) Check your welcome gift bag for your assigned shuttle number (1 vs 2). If in doubt, hop on shuttle 1! Pick-up #1: Departs at 3:00pm sharp to Arapahoe Basin (come 5-10min early!) Pick-up #2: Departs at 3:45pm sharp to Arapahoe Basin (come 5-10min early!) Drop-off after Reception The drop-off spots are Keystone River Run Village next to Dercum Ice Skating Rink and Snake River Saloon. Drop-off #1: Departs at 8:30pm from Arapahoe Basin Drop-off #2: Departs at 9:30pm from Arapahoe Basin Drop-off #3: Departs at 10:45pm from Arapahoe Basin

There is a large parking lot at Arapahoe Basin that wedding guests are welcomed to use on the day of the wedding free of charge.

As a reminder, the Wedding Ceremony & Reception are adult-only. The Welcome Drinks event, however, is open to everyone.

We’ll be celebrating at the Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

We’re all here to have a great time and celebrate but please be mindful that drinking at altitude is a lot different than drinking at sea level. For our out of state family and friends, 1 drink at altitude has the same effect as 2 drinks at sea level…so be mindful of your consumption throughout the weekend. We recommend drinking lots of water throughout the day to keep hydrated.
