When is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP online by April 30th.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Wedding color: Blue As this Union is a celebration of cultures, we encourage guests to wear their traditional attire.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Since we have huge extended families, we have chosen to limit our guest list to 15yo and over, and we hope you understand. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the little kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive by 6pm sharp for the ceremony.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception will take place at the Tides Estate in North Haledon.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is ample free parking at the venue. Guests can also use the valet parking.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures onto their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HellenPerry2022 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, absolutely. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, there will be lots of food from appetizers during cocktail hour and a sit down meal during the reception. There will also be wonderful drinks served upon arrival and throughout the wedding.

What are the current vaccine requirements to travel to US.

Answer

Vaccinations Details: According to the CDC as of Mar 2022: You must be fully vaccinated with the primary series of an accepted COVID-19 vaccine to travel to the United States by plane if you are a non-U.S. citizen, non-U.S. immigrant (not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa). Only limited exceptions apply. What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception .

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6pm. That is then followed by a cocktail hour and reception at 7pm. Both will take place at the Tides Estate.

Absolutely. The wedding will have an open bar for the entire duration.
