Our Travel Tips

We highly recommend exploring Airbnb and VRBO for your accommodations. There are some unique gems that can really enhance your trip. If you wish to stay in an area outside of Malibu, please consider our world-famous traffic and the vast spread of Los Angeles. If you book on the East side of LA, you may be in for a 2.5 hour commute to the wedding. There are also few routes that lead in to Malibu, so unexpected accidents or delays can be highly stressful and limiting. Please keep this in mind when estimating travel time to the ceremony. Speaking of traffic - Our city is not known for its public transportation system. We recommend renting a car or utilizing apps like Uber, Lyft or Getaround. For anyone looking to stay near where we live as opposed to the venue, we are located in Venice Beach. Please let us know if you are interested in sharing accommodations and we may be able to pair you up with other awesome out of town guests.
