With a majority of our loved ones divided between Massachusetts & New Jersey, we liked the idea of landing somewhere in the middle. Once we visited Keepsake at the Academy, we fell in love with the space and we knew it was the spot!
We don't have a set dress code but we would say either cocktail or semi-formal attire would fit the feel of the wedding. Men, feel free to rock a suit or tux and ladies are welcome to pull a full length dress if you're feeling fancy!
We have a tight guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Head over to our accommodations page to check out the two hotels that our shuttle will be picking up guests. There are many hotels in the area and some AirBnB options if you choose something different.
For the two hotels that we are setting room blocks with, we will have a shuttle to and from the venue. The ride should only be about 10 minutes.
If you choose to drive to the venue, there is a public parking lot right across from the venue. Easy peasy!
No need to travel between locations! The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception are all happening at Keepsake.
Yes! Keepsake at the Academy has two wheelchair accessible entrances and an elevator up to the second floor where the ceremony & reception will take place.
We are happy to provide an open bar for our guests to enjoy throughout the evening. It's a celebration after all!
The ceremony & reception will be 100% inside but the cocktail hour will be weather dependent. If the weather that week is trending towards unseasonably warm, we will hold the cocktail hour outside on the patio. But if the weather isn't lovely, there is a perfect spot inside to hold the cocktail hour.
