St. Augustine

St. Augustine, FL

Visit the historic city of St. Augustine where Heather went to college and Rachelle frequently visited. The possibilities are endless in this cozy little city. There are many bars and restaurants we frequent, including White Lion, No Name Bar, Prohibition Kitchen / Chianti Room (where Heather worked through college), and Tradewinds. You can tour the beautiful Castillo de San Marcos National Monument located right on the water or if you're up for the challenge, you can climb the 219 stairs of the St. Augustine Lighthouse to be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding area.

Topgolf

10531 Brightman Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32246
, (904) 328-2002

Topgolf is a game that anyone can play (and win). Score points by hitting micro-chipped golf balls at giant dartboard-like targets on an outfield. The closer you get your ball to the centre or ‘bullseye’ and the further the distance, the more points earned. After months of talking, we (finally) went on our first date here! Needless to say, it went so well that here we are two years later.

Marineland Dolphin Adventure

9600 North Oceanshore Boulevard, St. Augustine, FL 32080

St. Augustine's Indoor Mall

Shop 'til you drop! Both sides of I95 are lined with outlets for the most passionate of shoppers.

Amelia Island

Amelia Island is a part of the Sea Islands chain that stretches along the East Coast of the United States from South Carolina to Florida; it is the northernmost of the barrier islands on Florida's Atlantic coast.

Kingsley Plantation

Kingsley Plantation is the site of a former estate in Jacksonville, Florida, that was named for an early owner, Zephaniah Kingsley, who spent 25 years there. It is located at the northern tip of Fort George Island at Fort George Inlet, and is part of the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve managed by the U.S. National Park Service. The plantation was originally 1,000 acres, most of which has been taken over by forest; the structures and grounds of the park now comprise approximately 60 acres.
