We welcome you to wear your favorite "Backyard Wedding Chic" whether it's traditional Indian or American attire. We will have heel protectors for ladies wearing heels to make it easier to walk on grass.
We will be blending our favorite elements of Hindu wedding ceremony and American wedding traditions. The Groom's sister, Vaishali, will explain each part of the Hindu blessings being done by the priest. The Bride's brother, Eric, will lead the couple in exchanging vows. We will have busses bringing guests over from the parking lot to the house (see FAQ for more info). PLEASE... plan to arrive before the ceremony starting time! :) Finally... we welcome you to a cocktail party immediately following the ceremony. We will have passed appetizers, both Indian and American food to enjoy!
Reception

Following the cocktail hour, we will have a reception under the tents! We are serving both Indian and American food. We welcome you to perform any family dance moves that you have been practicing, as it is customary to perform choreographed dances for the newlyweds! ;) Otherwise, just be ready for a fun night of dancing and drinking!
