HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. If the envelope says "and guest" please type in your guest's first and last name.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 19, 2024. The earlier the better! You can RSVP in the RSVP tab.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

We respectfully request no babies/kids. Aside from the wedding processional, this is an adult only (16+) event. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal. Please do not wear white or dark green, jeans, shorts, sneakers, or flip flops. Additionally, the ground is slightly uneven so we do not recommend tall/narrow heels.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Our venue is slightly higher in altitude so please expect the temperature to be slightly cooler than downtown Bend.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

If you are taking the shuttle, please be at the pickup point by 3:15pm. If you are not taking the shuttle, please be at the wedding venue by 3:45pm. The ceremony will start at precisely 4:00pm.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM LATE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. While we want all of our friends and family there, we would appreciate if you would either stand off to the side or wait to join us until the reception.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Drinks are on us (ample wine, beer, ciders, and a select amount of premade cocktails) - get ready to party! For this reason we have arranged a transportation service to and from the venue. Please review our shuttle information or use Uber/Lyft if you drink - any cars left at the venue will need to be picked up by 3:00pm Sunday. We will also have a selection of tasty non-alcoholic drinks.

WHAT IS THE TRANSPORTATION OPTION?

Answer

We have rented a couple “party buses” who will transport our guests to and from the venue and downtown bend. Please make sure you RSVP if you plan to use this shuttle so that we can ensure there are enough seats. The shuttles will depart from “Campfire Hotel” (721 NE 3rd St, Bend, OR 97701) at 3:20pm and the return shuttles will depart from the Skyliner Lodge venue at 9:15pm and 10:00pm. If you stay for our “after party” at the lodge and are not with the wedding party, you will need to call an Uber or Lyft to return to Bend (we’ll be about 15 minutes outside town).

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

If you are using our shuttle transportation option, please park in the surrounding areas (add more info) If you are driving yourself to the venue, please park along the street leading up the the venue after you see the “Shinsel-Frank Wedding” sign. Please do not block the street.

IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?

Answer

We will have to turn music off at 10:00pm but that doesn’t mean the party has to end! The wedding party will be moving into the lodge for some post dancing casual fun and we’d love to have you join! Please note that if you stay for this extra time you will likely need to call an Uber or Lyft to return to Bend.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY FOR THE WEDDING WEEKEND?
