"Kyle and I first met in February of 2019. However, we wouldn't really begin what I'd call our "brotherhood" until a few months later. It all started during one of our sister unit's certifying evaluations. This is where we’d spend the next 10 days together, eating, sleeping, but best of all, operating together. We both knew that the other was an individual of a warrior mindset but this was where I got to see where his thought process was. From then on, I knew he was someone I should have in my life. From training, eating, sleeping, lifting, and even creating mutinies together, he is one of the very few men I would consider more of a brother than my own blood. And I have five actual brothers. Kyle is a man of strong character, a man of open-mindedness yet, also won’t be forced to “follow” the crowd. Kyle is a man who is able to considerately tell you the truth about yourself and that is a trait almost no one has. He is a man who will hold you to the highest of standards because he wants nothing but the best out of you. To me, that is what makes him more of a brother than a friend. I met Fuller (Kyle) when we were stationed in Minot, ND. We were in the same unit and worked together for about 3 years. During that time we survived some of the coldest winters. Some of my favorite memories with him were coming to work and always seeing his goofy face sippin on his coffee or just out grabbing a beer and one of the few restaurants we had. You could always find him at any party somewhere in the corner sipping on his Tito’s or playing guitar. I’ve missed being able to grab coffee and breakfast together but luckily I’ll be able to get to do that soon. Congratulations! Wish you guys the best.
