Travel Note
Due to the Chapel Dulcinea's intimate setting, there will be seating for 36. Please leave seats on the stone benches and chairs for our elderly and pregnant guests. The rest is standing room only. Our ceremony shouldn't be any longer than 15-20 minutes, so you won't have to stand for long! Thank you for understanding.
Travel Note
Hi, everyone! We are so excited to see those of you who are able to attend and happy to be in touch with those who are not - we love hearing from you! We did just want to clarify that we opted to not book a block of hotels for our wedding. After much research and several competing offers from hotels across Austin, we found that the discounts offered paled in comparison to what could be found via searching such sites as Hotwire, Expedia, Priceline, and/or Hotels-dot-com. As such, we found the three hotels we've featured here that already offer a wide array of rates to suit varied levels of affordability and desired experiences, all while being conveniently located in or very close to downtown. We hope this is helpful, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you want more specific suggestions! Much love and gratitude, Hayley & Will
Hotel
We recommend this hotel for its proximity to the downtown Austin music and bar scene; bike, canoe and kayak rentals available; close to I-35 (the main road to take to get to our chapel and reception); and for its complimentary airport shuttle, complimentary parking; on-site Boathouse Grill serves breakfast & dinner. Plus, you can't beat a pool with amazing views of Lady Bird Lake!
Hotel
If you want to be in the middle of everything in downtown Austin: Hotel Indigo is your jam! We actually stayed in an apartment right around the corner from here, so we know the location well - you really can't get much better than being two blocks to 6th Street; right across the street from the famous Stubb's Bar-B-Q; and for the plant-based among us, you will have to check out Arlo's Curbside for the best food truck grub you can imagine. The hotel itself has a hip and modern decor, with excellent customer service ratings; a pool; and valet parking is available for around $30/night (worth it if you're driving and staying downtown - you don't want to mess with street parking!). You can't go wrong with Hotel Indigo if you want a genuinely Austin experience.

This isn't your average Best Western: it's got some rustic Texas flair that will make you think you're in a boutique hotel. Right off of I-35, it's an ideally located spot for families or the quieter sort, with free parking, free breakfast, and a pool! It's only four miles from downtown Austin, so it'd be a quick Uber if you wanted to spend some time sight-seeing.
