We are very excited to have an unplugged ceremony! We kindly ask that you keep your phones put away during the ceremony. Taking pictures and videos at the reception is absolutely allowed and encouraged!
Absolutely! We would love for you to bring your whole family to celebrate with us! We ask that you include all children attending when you RSVP.
There is plenty of parking at the venue! When you arrive, there will be individuals and signs to direct you.
The wedding attire is semi-formal. You may wear dress shirts, suits, cocktail dresses, as well as tuxes and gowns. With that being said, the most important thing to us is for you to feel comfortable, so wear what makes you feel best!
As long as weather allows, the ceremony will take place outside. If there is rain, the ceremony will happily be moved inside the venue's barn. The reception will be held inside the venue's beautiful white barn!
While there are not many local hotels by our beautiful venue, we have blocked rooms at two hotels in Roanoke from which we intend on providing transportation for those interested. Guests may also stay at Bernard's Landing. More information may be found on our travel page.
We will be providing a shuttle from Roanoke, most likely from the Valley View Mall area, to the venue and back. We may also provide a shuttle from Bernard's Landing, depending on the number of people interested. We want to give guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the wedding without having to worry about driving. Space is limited so please communicate with Hayley if this is something you intend to use.
