When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 24th... but the earlier the better ;)

What is the attire?

Answer

For the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, your brightest and boldest cocktail attire is recommended. For the ceremony and reception, the attire is black-tie optional - men may wear tuxes or a dark-colored suit and tie, and for women, a formal floor or midi-length dress. We also recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable to walk on grass in, such as wedges, sandals, flats, or block heels (avoid stilettos).

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm so please plan to arrive at 4:30pm. Guests arriving after 4:45pm will not be able to be seated.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes and we encourage everyone to take the complimentary shuttle buses. Please check out our Wedding Weekend and Travel pages for all the info you need. Keswick Vineyards also has plenty of parking - if you choose to drive, you will be directed to the lot when you arrive (keep in mind, there will be an open bar, so please plan accordingly). Ride shares like Uber and Lyft WILL NOT come out to Keswick at the end of the night. Please plan to take the shuttles to downtown Charlottesville and call a ride share from there.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP. If you did not, we just want you and all your glory!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the scheduled events.
