Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We are looking forward to seeing our friends and family in formal or cocktail attire!

Question

How do I RSVP and by when?

Answer

Please visit the 'RSVP' tab on our website by August 1st, 2023 so that we can make proper accommodations. If you have any difficulty RSVPing or have any other questions, please text or call the bride or groom, and we will ensure we have you and the other guest(s) accounted for.

Question

What if I RSVPed but had a change of plans and can no longer make it?

Answer

Please update your RSVP via our website, or contact the bride or groom directly. You will be missed!

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

There are hotel room blocks placed at Hampton Inn & Suites from Friday, September 8th though through Sunday, September 10th. All information regarding the hotel block can be found under the "Travel" tab. Please follow the link in the "Travel" tab for discounted booking. The hotel is 2 miles from the wedding venue. There are also many great options for Airbnb or Vrbo's in the Orem area or in the Salt Lake City area closer to the airport.

Question

Can I bring a +1 guest if they are not noted on my invitation?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests that are not indicated on the formal invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will there be alcohol served at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Alcohol will be served at an open bar from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Utah has strict liquor laws that do not allow you to bring any outside alcohol onto the premises. Please be respectful of these rules, as there will be a $500 fine if they are broken and all alcohol will be removed from the site.

Question

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive anywhere between 4:30 and 4:45 PM for a 5:00 PM ceremony. We ask that all guests be in their seats before 5:00 PM.

Question

What time is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held immediately after the ceremony. There will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and drinks until 6:30 PM. A buffet dinner will be served after the cocktail hour until 7:30 PM, and more drinks and dancing will follow after!

Question

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

Of course! There is a ton of space for kiddos to run and play. We should have included your kiddos' names on the formal invitations, but if there has been a mistake, please reach out for clarification. We just ask that you keep an eye on your children at all times, and be mindful of the venue property.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have an awesome photographer hired to shoot the ceremony. As a result, we are opting for an unplugged wedding ceremony. If you wish to take photos during the cocktail hour or reception, please do! We would love for you to have personal memories saved from our wedding! Just no phones during the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a shuttle or other transportation provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided by the bride or groom, so please plan accordingly. The wedding venue is located in Orem, UT, which is about 45 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City/airport. We highly recommend planning to schedule an Uber ahead of time if needed.

Question

What is for dinner? Are there accommodations for guests with specific allergies and/or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Hors d'oevures served during cocktail hour include tomato basil bruschetta, charcuterie boards with fresh meats and cheeses, and fresh fruit. Dinner includes grilled tri tip steak, pan-seared chicken with a sherry mushroom sauce, rice pilaf, green beans, rolls, and mixed green salad. If you have any specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to the bride or groom directly and in a timely manner so we can make special accommodations for you.
