Are there hotel accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes, we have a discounted rate on a room block for the night of the wedding at the Hampton Inn & Suites located in Minooka, IL. Please use the booking link on the travel page of this website or contact the hotel front desk and ask for the Hayes/Mabry wedding room block to make your room reservation. We also recommend staying in the hotel the night before if you are traveling in from out of town!

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding venue will be begin at 2:00pm and end at 12:00am. It will run 2 hours before and 2 hours after the wedding to and from the hotel. We will start the return shuttle at 10:00pm for any guests who would like to go back to the hotel early. The wedding will conclude at 11:00pm.

How do we RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP page on our website to let us know if you can join us on our wedding day. We are requesting your response by August 1st. For plus ones, please include their name on the RSVP as well.

Are children welcome to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, in order to give our guests (and the parents), a night of relaxation, we respectfully request no children be in attendance at the wedding.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm. The ceremony begins at 4:00pm.

Do we need to choose a dinner entrée?

Answer

We will be providing a buffet-style dinner for our guests; no need to choose an entrée now.
