We met the old fashion way at The Mirage Sports Bar. We were staring at each other for quite some time across the bar. David finally got up the courage to come up to myself and my friend Jai and his first words were “You’re so tall” when I was wearing heels that night. Jai’s response was “You’re just short.” We started laughing and hanging out the rest of the night together. We’ve been inseparable ever since. The rest is history
After a long day at work, I came home to the greatest surprise. I was greeted by David and my fur babies Denver and Sassy. David told me to go into the laundry room, I was very hesitant and confused. I opened the laundry room door and I see the cutest kitten on the floor to greet me. I pick her up and read her tag “Will you marry me?” David behind me on one knee asking to marry him. I was so excited and happy for this adventure together! I said HELL YES! He added another member to our family the best way possible 🤍💍
We decided to officially get married! We went to Douglas County Courthouse, signed the marriage certificate on the counter with the clerk, and kissed each other as they rang the bell. I became a Valle by 8:13am in the morning. 💒 We celebrated with a group of our very close friends that evening at our favorite Mexican restaurant Los Dos Potrillos and drinks at the original place where we met. One of the best days of our lives. Next, will be at our ceremony under God to celebrate with our loved ones. We can’t wait for this special day!
