Walkable town near where Molly grew up that has plenty of shops, restaurants, and breweries. Some restaurants and/or breweries in this area are Sweet Briar, Tannery Run, Forest and Main, Gypsy Blu, KC's Alley, and El Limon (a personal favorite of the bride and groom on Sunday nights).
Another nice walkable town with lost of nice shops and restaurants closer to where Ryan grew up (further away than Ambler). Some restaurants in this area are Penn Taproom, Pag's Pub, The Hattery Stove and Still, Spuntino Woodfire Pizza, and Main Street Market Place has different stores and dining options.
Yet another nice walkable area (this one is a neighborhood of Philadelphia) that has plenty of nice shops and restaurants. Some restaurants and/or breweries in this area are Chestnut Hill Brewing Company, Chestnut Grill, McNally's Tavern, El Poquito, and if you want a sweet treat try Bredenbeck's Bakery and Ice Cream (this is where our delicious wedding cake is from!)
There are many different parks in the area where you can go and enjoy the suburban nature. They are listed below: Mondauk Common Park in Ambler, PA (Come and see Molly's old place of work from age 15-22! She was a prestigious park attendant so check out those clean bathrooms!) Lukens Park in Horsham, PA (Ryan and I took one of our flower girls here to play! Ryan and her enjoyed a serious game of I spy in the car!) Horsham Power Line Trail in Horsham, PA (Ryan had a hot 5 and a half mile run here right before he tore his ACL and meniscus, he misses those days!) Graeme Park in Horsham, PA (no fun connection here)
Fun fact, this is not a park! This is actually the local mall Molly spent her teenage weekends at with friends. Now it has more than shops, it has a bowling alley/arcade if you are looking for an indoor activity before the wedding festivities.
