We were friends (maybe more than friends at times) since high school. In 2014, Harris invited Sophie to his very cool 22nd birthday party at Dave & Busters and sparks flew post ping-pong. Our first date was at Buffalo Wild Wings, we did the very romantic ghost pepper wings challenge. Over the next nine years we traveled to 10+ countries, moved to NYC and back to Denver and back to NYC again, added two dogs to our family. We knew that after nine years of laughter, support, and watching each other change and grow as people we wanted to continue down that path for the rest of our lives. Harris proposed on the dock of the cottage in Canada where we've shared many beautiful memories together over the years. Sophie didn't know she was getting proposed to and was VERY surprised and didn't give Harris an answer for five minutes because she was so in shock. But once she came back to earth she said yes!
