We seen each other at camel city bbq in Winston Salem the night before Thanksgiving of 2017. I (Harley) messaged Noah that next day asking him a question and gave him my number a few days later to continue the conversation. Within 2 weeks we actually met for the first time (not just in passing), became great friends which quickly came with a few dates and then bloomed into our relationship.

Noah and I visited Key west for the first time in 2022 and fell in love with it. The weather, the Christmas lights, the food, the atmosphere, everything. We knew this would become our yearly “place” to come back to together. Forward to 2023, Noah took me back to the same giant Christmas light tree where we went our very first night back in 2022 and proposed with my grandmothers engagement ring that my late grandfather gave to her many years ago. Noah also hired a photographer to capture the proposal and have a photoshoot around the town of Key West.
