Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle

This is a bit pricey for transportation but it is cheaper than car rentals. If you have questions or concerns you may also contact the bride or groom if you need transportation from us.

Hotel

Best Western Plus Oak Harbor Hotel & Conference Center

The dates we have blocked for guests are from the 10.24-10.27. Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later then you must pay the normal rates but the cost of staying from the 24th-27th is $199.00. Rates have also and additional 9.0% sales tax and 2% lodging tax. Also a $10 charge will be added for a third person sharing a double room. INCLUSIONS: Complimentary full breakfast, pool & hot tub, business center, complimentary parking, and complimentary wi-fi. RESERVATIONS: This group rate is reserved and only available by calling the hotel directly (360-679-4567) and referencing ‘The Brewer Wedding’. PAYMENT METHOD: Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel 24 hours before check-in to prevent a cancellation charge equivalent to one-night stay of the room rate plus tax. NO-SHOW POLICY: All no-show reservations will be charged equivalent to a one-night stay of the room rate plus taxes.
