Our ceremony will be an intimate family affair, but we're excited to celebrate with all our loved ones at the reception. Please keep an eye on your invitation and RSVP form, as it will provide all the details on joining us for the reception and when to arrive.

Kindly RSVP by September 24, 2024, either online through our website or via mail. We are unable to accommodate any guests that don't RSVP or RSVP late.
Regrettably, we are unable to include all children in our wedding celebration, as we recognize that this may pose a challenge for some. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, we hope you understand our decision. Please take this night as a time to enjoy the company of your partner and kid free night!
The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. We kindly advise dressing warmly for the outdoor portion of the event. Space heaters will be in the ceremony space as well.
The wedding ceremony will commence at 3:30 PM. We kindly request that you arrive by 3:20 PM at the latest, the doors will open at 3:00 PM. In the event of tardiness, access will not be possible due to the wedding party's procession route. Please note that Newburgh, IN is on Central Daylight Time.
While we won't be offering formal transportation for the events, it's worth noting that both our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. While parking at the venue is limited, street parking and other free nearby lots are available. For added convenience and safety, we recommend carpooling, using Lyft, or Uber, especially if you plan to enjoy some drinks. Your safety is our priority, so please plan your transportation accordingly.
We request that you embrace the spirit of our special day by refraining from taking photographs or using electronic devices during the ceremony. We believe in the power of being fully present in this moment, and we want to share it with you without the distraction of cameras and screens. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture these precious moments, and their photos will be made available to you after the event. Your presence and undivided attention mean the world to us, and we thank you for respecting our wishes. We also request that you do not post any photos of our wedding until we have had the chance to do so ourselves.

Guests invited to the post-ceremony reception are encouraged to arrive at 4:00 pm, when the cocktail hour will commence, followed by dinner at 5:00 pm. The evening will conclude at 9:30 pm. Harley and Blake will continue their celebrating out on the town, guests are invited to join if they wish!
