Ahmad and I met during covid at the gym and he quickly became one of my closest friends. We have spent hours together training and talking about life. I owe Ahmad thousands of dollars for being my personal therapist when I was going through some hard times haha. Perhaps a testament to his culture, but he's by far the nicest and most generous person I've ever met. I feel blessed to have him as a friend and training partner.

I've known Ed since 2004! We served in the Marines together and have had some incredible adventures together from winning 25K in a poker tournament to swimming with Sharks in the Bahamas. Ed loves to serve. He'll cook for you, train your dog, or learn to make balloon animals in 10 minutes, or deep fry Oreos. Just don't breathe next to him if he's playing DOTA hahaha

I can't think of a better person to officiate our wedding. Shane is a great friend and if it wasn't for him, I would have never left the Bay Area to come to Sacramento or had the time to build my online coaching business. I am so grateful for our friendship. Shane also took me to do Ayahuasca in 2022 and it was a life-changing experience!
