Following in their mothers' footsteps, Kim and Danielle will be standing by each other at their weddings as Maid/Matron of Honor. Most of their 29-year friendship has been spent many miles and states apart; Kim attributes their strong friendship to their shared love of the beach and the ability to FaceTime.

Best Man
Alec and Zane met in 2013 when they both were marching in the West Chester University Golden Rams Marching Band. Although they met through a mutual friend, they quickly became friend and soon after that, roommates. Through family events, multiple marching groups, Dungeons and Dragons, the PA Renaissance Faire and beyond, Zane has always been there for Alec at every turn.

Katherine and Kim met as music education majors at York College of Pennsylvania. Although Katherine changed majors, they have remained friends for 11 years now! They have traveled to Costa Rica together, ski/snowboard together, and co-parented Tiger Lily and Socrates as roommates on Kent Island.
Joey Sita
Groomsman
Only a small group of people have been friends with Alec consistently since high school, and Joey is one of them. There was an immediate bond between the two that lasted through being trumpet section leaders together for both Penncrest and West Chester's marching bands, living together, and post college graduation. The unspoken connection that Alec and Joey share is indescribable, but will always end in laughing until their sides hurt.

All their lives, Laura and Kim have been asked if they were sisters or twins - they may as well be because they share so many similarities including Maryland residency and the love of the outdoors. Kim is so lucky to have Laura as a best friend and cousin wrapped in one!

Nick is the brother closest in age to Alec. While growing up, Nick was always the inspiration for Alec to get into trouble. Even after weathering the years of Alec annoying him, Nick has always been there to offer a helping hand and point Alec in the right direction.

Kim’s newest Maryland neighbor, Isabelle and Kim have grown up together as girl scouts, cheerleaders, marching band instructors - you name it, they’ve done it together. One of Kim’s biggest fans, she will never forget the lengths Isabelle went to just to cheer for her as she conducted at Carnegie Hall. So thankful for their forever friendship.

Mike is Alec wild middle brother. Whenever introducing Mike to a friend, Alec would describe him as "the type of person that you would meet for the first time and walk away with a memorable inside joke". Mike is well known for his hilarious stories, his caring phone calls to check in on you, and his willingness to drop anything to be there for you if needed.

Sarah and Kim became lifelong friends when they opened their freshman dorm doors at YCP and saw they were neighbors. Since then, they have maintained their friendship over state lines through weekly Facetime calls and texts. The most practical, foodie friend Kim is so thankful for!

Greg is Alec's oldest brother. Although there is a ten year age gap between them, Greg is the brother that Alec shares the most interests in common with. Alec attributes Greg for his love for all things nerdy, and also his love of the Flyers.

Kim thanks her lucky stars every day that her brother married someone who doubles as one of her closest friends. They have experienced so much together already - many tears (of joy and laughter) and Kim is looking forward to a lifetime of memory making as sisters-in-law!

Destined to be brothers-in-law, Alec and Kyle share a love for Texas - which is where their friendship began to flourish. Kyle shows Alec the ways of the Mogensen family while Alec shows Kyle the more nerdy sides of life. To many more years of long distance visits and fun!
