Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, we unfortunately do not have room for them at our venue. Unless otherwise stated to you directly, kids are not able to attend. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring a date unless specified on your invitation. Our venue has limited space. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes - please reference the Travel tab on our wedding website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do! Feel free to reach out to myself or Jared as soon as possible and we will make sure there are accommodations. We will also include a section on our online RSVP's to make special requests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - parking for the wedding is onsite at the farm. You will see signs as you enter. Vehicles must be removed by 8AM Sunday.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus transporting guests from the hotel to the venue, and back again at the end of the night. Details will be available at check in (and on the Travel tab on our wedding website).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before to find your seat and get settled before we get started!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online on our wedding website by September 3rd 2022.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have a full bar available after the ceremony. No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought in.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be hosted at South Glen Farm. All buildings are open-air with coverage (barn and pavilion). Please bring appropriate attire for all possible weather situations.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us at the ceremony and ask that you refrain from taking photos. Once the ceremony ends, feel free to take lots of photos throughout the rest of the evening! #HappilyEverOrrock

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift and card table for your convenience.
