When should I RSVP for the wedding by?

Answer

Please send your RSVP by February 5, 2025 at the latest. Please note we recommend booking travel 6 months in advance for the best airfare rates. The hotel room block closes on February 3 2025.

Can I bring an additional guest?

Answer

At this time, we are unable to accommodate any additional guest outside of those personally invited. Thank you for understanding.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Guests have two airport options: Eagle County Airport (EGE) and Denver International Airport (DIA). Option 1 (Recommended)- Vail/Eagle County Airport is the closest, just 25 miles from Vail, with no mountain passes. Epic Mountain Express offers round trip scheduled shuttle service from the EGE airport. This option allows guest to maximize time. Option 2- Guests can also fly into Denver International Airport, which is a 2.5 to 3-hour drive to the Vail valley, depending on traffic and conditions. Can I get a Uber or Lyft from the airports?

Answer

From Denver International Airport, Uber and Lyft are available and the drive takes about 2.5 to 3 hours, with varying prices. At Eagle Airport, rideshare services are not available; it's recommended to pre-book a ride with Epic Mountain Shuttles or rent a car. Taxis are limited.

Do I need to rent a car?

We selected the Four Seasons Resort as the central hub for our wedding weekend festivities as it is centrally located in Vail Village. Town Shuttles offer ease and convenience for travelers who prefer to sit back, enjoy the ride, and take in the scenery while leaving the mountain driving to someone else. However, our guest may choose to rent a car if they plan to do additional excursions in the Colorado area. Be aware that travel conditions can be highly variable during this time of year, winter driving experience and 4WD is recommended.

When will I be charged for my hotel?

Answer

Per hotel policy, all reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking and a deposit equal to one night’s room rate. Free cancellation until March 5, 2025 by 6:00PM MT time.

How can I access the hotel group discount rate?

Answer

If your group requested to join our room block, please use the link sent to you to book your room(s). A credit card is required to reserve. Please join by February 3rd.

Am I required to stay at the Four Seasons Resort?

Answer

No, we reserved a block of rooms under our pre-negotiated group rate for those who are interested in staying on resort property. Other hotel and Airbnb options may be available at varying rates. Guest staying off property will need to arrange their own transportation to/from the Four Seasons throughout the weekend.
