WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

February 1st, 2024 If you have not responded by the deadline, we will have to mark you as "NO". As this is needed for seating and food.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, when you pull up to McMickey farm parking is straight ahead in the dirt field signs will be posted.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The Ceremony will promptly start at 5:00 pm so we suggest you arrive by 4-4:45 to get to the ceremony location, find your seat and get settled.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony is outside in front of a lakefront sort of a shaded area from oak trees, the cocktail hour is the the left of the ceremony, and the reception is inside an AC barn.

WHAT WILL THE WEDDING-DAY TIMELINE LOOK LIKE?

4-4:45 pm - Guests Arrive 5pm - Ceremony Starts 5:30pm - Cocktail Hour 6:30pm - Introduction, First Dance, Speeches 7:45pm - Photo Booth/Dinner 8:30pm - Cake 10pm - Sparkler Send Off

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE SERVED DURING THE COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION?

Answer

There will be open bar for the whole wedding. As far as food there will be an assortment of many different things at cocktail hour, and for dinner there will be a buffet style BBQ dinner.
