Question

What entrance should guests use?

Answer

As many assume they can enter through the Fire on Fifth doors, please do not do this. Please use the main entrance for the Event Center on the WEST side of the Westclox building. As you come down the slight ramp on the west side of the building, the entrance for the Event Center is the set of brown double doors.

Question

What is the attire for the day?

Answer

Formal / Black-tie Optional. Men may opt for a tuxedo or a dark suit. Women may choose a formal gown or cocktail dress.

Question

Will cell phones be allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

While we understand that many couples choose to have an "unplugged" ceremony, we know that does not always get followed and we want to welcome our guests to capture photos on their cell phones if they choose. HOWEVER, we do ask that your cell phone be on silent and pose absolutely no disruption during our ceremony. We also ask that you focus first and foremost on our ceremony, and pause only to snap a photo or two. Additionally, it is imperative that you be mindful of the location of the professional photographers and videographer, and not limit their ability to capture the best photos and video of our day. If you end up in the aisle seats, please do your best to not use your cell phones to snap photos/videos all together while our professionals are in the aisle also. We all know how those photos look professionally with the hands of people all over the aisles with their phones out, so please, please refrain. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Children?

Answer

As much as we LOVE the youngins in our lives, our festivities are going to be Adult Only. We want the moms and dads to enjoy and partake in our day as much as possible without the stress of running after their littles.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed with "and guest", then absolutely! If it is not, then unfortunately we do not have the extra space to accommodate your plus one.

Question

What if we do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, we will be counting you as a "no" It is not only Steve and I waiting on the RSVPs, but our vendors as well. Nothing on our day can happen without them and we need to respect their time, also. Thank you in advance for understanding.
