Where/when are the shuttles available?

Answer

A round-trip shuttle has been scheduled to pick guests up at Bavarian Lodge and Hampton Inn & Suites to take you to Beecher Hill House and back. Pre-Ceremony: 2:45PM: The shuttle will meet you across the street from Bavarian Lodge near the Gazebo 3PM: The shuttle will pick up near the park and ride right outside the entrance of Hampton Inn & Suites Post-Ceremony: 6:30PM-10PM-Small shuttle will be out front of the venue making multiple trips 10PM- Big shuttle arrives to take guests downtown for the after party (TBD on location per bride and groom at that time)

Doors will open at Beecher Hill House at 3:30pm.

The Ceremony will commence at 4:00pm. Please arrive and be seated by then.

Although we love your children, this is an adults only ceremony and reception. Please come ready to relax and celebrate our love with family and friends.

What's the weather like in July?

Answer

The weather will be nice and welcoming that time of year in Peshastin. Expect sunny skies and temperatures between 75-85 degrees.

What should we wear?

Answer

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, suits in lighter hues, floral prints, or summer semi-formal clothing. Please avoid wearing a sharp heel. The venue is outside and all grass.
