Yes! We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. We can’t wait to dress up with you all!
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs" if only you and your significant other have been invited. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. I appreciate your understanding!
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams.
Nope! For the ceremony, sit wherever you please. However, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner). We know wedding are a mixing pot of guests who many not know one another, and we want to ease any anxieties for guests who may be a bit more introverted. Hopefully, this can put some of you at ease!
If you are late for the ceremony, that is totally fine! We have listed 3-3:45 pm as time for your arrival to the venue. Our ceremony will actually be starting at 4 pm. With that said, please feel free to arrive later than 3:45 pm, but the ceremony will start PROMPTLY AT 4. So, we recommend you shoot for a 3:30-3:45 pm arrival so you have time to mingle and find your seat. At 4 o'clock the seating will be closed and you will be unable to attend the actual ceremony. This will be strictly enforced. You will still be allowed to attend the reception - we just want to minimize distractions. So, don't sweat it, hang out, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you so much for understanding!
