Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If your kid(s) can dance, they are invited. If they are too young to dance or you would like to enjoy a kid-free night, we are providing on-site babysitting services for $35/hr per baby/child. What should we wear?

Answer

Suit and tie for men, midi to long dresses or nice jumpsuits for women. Technically black tie optional but tuxes are not necessary. Relax, we're in the mountains.

What is the parking and transport situation?

Answer

There will be transport to and from the Courtyard Marriott in Boone, the Best Western in Banner Elk, and if you filled in your accommodations on the RSVP then you will be picked up at your individual houses on Beech Mountain. Don't drink and drive, especially on these winding roads - leave that to the professionals. There is a ton of parking on site if you are not planning to drink!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Mid 70s during the day, 50-60s in the evening. The ceremony is outdoors in the daylight, but everything else is either inside or outside with heaters available.
