When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 19th, so we can have an accurate headcount. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will attempt to reach out to you.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Vermont! During the day, the weather should be beautiful, averaging 50-60 degrees, but will get chilly at night. Please bring some warm layers for the evening.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot along with street parking at Christ the King Church. We recommend carpooling if possible. Parking at the reception is free for all guests of the wedding in the front of the Mountain Top Inn.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is a mix between cocktail and semiformal attire. Knee or full length dresses for women (or pant suits). Suits and ties for men. Please avoid the colors white and olive green.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Photos and videos will not be permitted at the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and a videographer to capture the ceremony and reception. We ask that you are present in the moment with us. We would love for you to take photos at the reception and please share them with us!

Are kids welcome?

We ask that you do not bring children unless explicitly stated on your invitation.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Please be mindful that check-in to the Mountain Top Inn is at 3:00 pm for the Inn and 4:00 pm for the houses. For those coming into town on the day of, we recommend checking-in after the ceremony as our ceremony is 2:00-3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. If you plan to join us for our farewell brunch, plan accordingly!

Do I need my ID?

Answer

Per our venues policy, you will need to present ID showing you are 21+ when getting drinks from the bar.
