Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 31, 2024. Anyone who has not RSVP'd by this date will automatically be marked as not attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 2pm, to allow for unexpected delays. The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm. Entry will not be permitted after 2:30pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, only children in the wedding party and immediate family will be allowed to attend the ceremony and reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Ladies: please refrain from wearing colours reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory). Men: no jeans please.

Answer

We are using 'My Registry' to keep all items we are registering for in one convenient list! Please click on the 'Registry' tab to find the link.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking near the entrance to the King George Ballroom. Please enter the main parking lot from John St North.

Will there be alcohol served at your reception?

Answer

There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception, so please plan your transportation to and from the venue accordingly!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note your food allergy in the dietary restrictions section when completing your RSVP, and we will pass along this information to our coordinator and chef.
