What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Riverside Farm by 2:45pm. Our ceremony will start at 3:00pm! Transportation to and from the lodging sites will accommodate the 2:45pm arrival time, but if you wish to drive yourself please plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our event is adults only. Take a night off and enjoy the party!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocks at Killington Resort and The Clear River Inn. Please book your reservations by August 21st. Links are located under the Travel tab! We suggest calling both locations to secure your reservation so you are included in our block.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Our catering team is extremely accommodating. Please text Hannah at (978) 290-6324 with any dietary concerns after you RSVP so our catering team is aware.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue! There will be parking attendants to assist with parking on the farm. We will have shuttles traveling from both Killington and the Clear River Inn. We encourage guests to enjoy the party and take advantage of the free ride!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttle vans and buses to and from the Killington resort and Clear River Inn on Friday 10/13 and Saturday 10/14.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are hosting welcome drinks on Friday (10/13) evening from 7:30-10pm and all guests are welcome! Please RSVP on our website if you plan to attend.

Is there a wedding day dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding event is formal attire. Men should be dressed in a suit & tie and women should have midi to floor length dresses. Ladies, our ceremony & cocktail hour is hosted in the meadow…please choose your footwear accordingly. Given traditional October temps in Vermont we also suggest bringing a wrap or sweater along with you to keep warm before the spirits & libations kick in!
