Our dress code is "Dressy Casual". An example would be a sundress, or chinos and a button down. Feel free to dress fancier than this-we just want our guests to be comfortable at our outdoor August wedding. You will be walking through grass and gravel-so pick shoes accordingly. We do not have any preferred colors for guests.
We do not have a hotel block, but there are many lodging options in the area. We recommend looking at Polaris Parkway for hotels. See our lodging and accommodations page for more details.

Yes! there will be appetizers during our cocktail hour, and dinner during our reception. Dinner will be a woodfired pizza - Buffet style. We will have an open bar as well as non alcoholic drink options.

Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors weather permitting. If the weather is nice, our ceremony will be held outside. Our reception will take place under the Pavilion at The Brook. This is open air, but will provide coverage rain or shine. It also has large fans to keep it cool and help with air flow.
unfortunately, no. You will have to arrange your own transportation from hotels to the Venue. There is plenty of free parking at the Venue if you choose to drive.
If you are allowed a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP. Please let us know if you will be bringing a plus one by the RSVP deadline so we have an accurate guest count for the caterer and Bar.
We will be having a pool party & potluck on Friday August 4th at 4pm. This will also be held at The Brook. We will be grilling burgers and hot dogs (& veggie dogs). If you are able, please bring a dish to share.
Please arrive at the venue around 2:30 PM to find your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM.
