You can fly directly into Florence and it is about a 18 minute drive to the city center. You can also fly into Rome. You may find cheaper and/or more direct flights to Rome. It is an easy train ride from the Rome airport to Florence with one train change in central Rome. There are trains every 15 minutes. It's about 2.5 hours from Florence to the Rome airport and about 1hr 45min for central Rome to Florence. Italy has a great train system, don't be intimidated!

Buses will pick up at 4:30pm at two locations (below) and drop off at the same locations at 12am, 1am & 2am. We will have maps with the locations as well at Welcome Party. 1. Unfortunately, we do not have the space to welcome children at any of the functions. However, we can accommodate children under 2 with childcare on property, please let us know.
