Please RSVP as soon as you can or by August 10th at the latest. You can always change your RSVP on the site as well.

Are little ones welcome?

This venue is not child-proof and therefore this event is for grownups only.* We appreciate your understanding. *There is an exception for nursing mamas. If you are actively nursing and have an infant, please let us know.

Will there be transportation to/from the barn?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at The Best Western or in downtown Hudson, transportation will be provided for you. Please check the websites for updates regarding specific details as the date gets closer.

I'd like to drive myself, can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes you may. The venue is limited to 30 cars so if you plan to drive yourself please let us know in advance by updating your RSVP.

I have a food allergy and am worried about my food options.

Answer

We completely understand. There will be gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options for you to choose from a family-style meal. Please reach out if there's a severe allergy so we can tell the catering team in advance.
