What food will be served?

Answer

We will not be having a traditional meal served. Instead, we will have several fun and creative food stations with a variety of options. MASHED POTATO & MACARONI & CHEESE BAR  - Yukon gold mashed potatoes - Homemade macaroni and cheese - Toppings: cheddar cheese, rustic mushrooms, sour cream, chives, and homemade gravy MEDITERRANEAN STATION - Italian cured meats with gourmet mustards - Assorted breads - Roasted and grilled zucchini, yellow squash, roasted garlic, roasted peppers, portobello mushrooms, eggplant, and olives - Traditional hummus and olive tapenade with toasted pita points TACO STATION - Flour tortillas with marinated grilled chicken - Toppings: diced onions, cilantro, shredded cheese, lime wedges, sour cream, pickled slaw, black beans, shredded lettuce, salsa rojo, hot sauce - Tomato & cilantro rice DESSERT & CANDY STATION - Various candy selections - S’mores - Chocolate caramels - Mini cupcakes - Macarons - Assorted mousse shots - Gourmet cookies - Starbucks regular and decaffeinated coffee - Assorted Tazo teas
