The site of our first date (very romantic). Catch some spooky mausoleums and headstones among beautiful foliage and Ginkgo trees. Graves of note include Colonel Sanders and Muhammad Ali. Warning: it's easy to get lost here!
An early date spot for us, the Speed continues to be one of our favorite places to spend an afternoon. Great classic and contemporary exhibits. While there, stroll around historic Old Louisville to see 19th-century architecture. If you have extra time, hit up North Lime Coffee & Donuts or Old Louisville Coffee Co-Op.
Hallie's favorite maximalist spot for trinkets, knick-knacks, and things you didn't know you needed.
The jewel of Louisville's parks (and Sean's favorite), Cherokee Park was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, who also designed Central Park in NYC. Be sure to check out the statue of Pan and the view from Dog Hill.
Our favorite restaurant. Super delicious chicken, ramen, and brussels. Very close to Mellwood Arts Center.
Sean's favorite coffee spot. Sit in the back courtyard while you sip.
