We have reserved a block of rooms at this hotel in Williston, VT (about 25 minutes away from the venue). When you click the link to book, it defaults to a 4-night stay, but you can modify it. After clicking on the link, click “Edit Stay” to modify the dates to the range you want and modify the number of guests in the room (if necessary). Then click "update." Guests can book 2, 3 or all 4 nights at the group rate. There is a 2-night minimum. IMPORTANT: The cutoff date to make reservations is midnight on 8/27/23. Once rooms are released, the rate will no longer be available.

Shuttle

Both shuttles will be departing the Double Tree at 1:45 pm, head to Home2Suites and depart from there to the venue at 2:30 PM. The shuttles will be departing the venue and returning to the hotels at 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM.
