Please RSVP by March 1, 2021 on our webpage.
Our dress code is garden party formal. This includes sun dresses, nice blouses, slacks, or skirts for women. For men, this means a nice button up shirt, dress pants and a tie if you choose. This dress code does not include jeans, shorts, flannels, or t-shirts.
Yes! We have set up a zoom meeting for our wedding ceremony that will start at 3:00 pm. Technology isn't perfect, but we hope that the streaming will go smoothly for everyone who chooses to join us virtually.
We are registered at Macy’s and Zola. You can find the link to our registry on our webpage.
There is ample parking in the back of the property, although carpooling is recommended if possible. If you are planning on drinking, Uber or a designated driver would be the best route. Our venue is a tad bit out of the way and we do not condone drinking and driving. We love you. Be smart and safe.
We love love, so please, if you have an additional space in your RSVP form, bring that special someone! If your RSVP form does not have a place for a plus one, we would appreciate you just bringing yourself, as we have a limit on the number of guests that our venue will allow.
We love your kids. We really do. That being said, we are hoping that you think of our wedding as the date night and break from your children that you've been meaning to have for months now.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. We would love it if all of our guests who are attending the ceremony will have arrived 15-30 minutes prior to the start of our ceremony in order to mingle and find seats.
We have secured a block of 20 rooms at Home2 suites in Richland. It is the closest hotel to the venue and is right off the freeway and there is a great group rate for these rooms. The Hilton Garden Inn, located in Kennewick, is also a great option. We did not secure a block of rooms at this hotel, however, it is comfortable and close to weekend events as well. You might also choose to stay at an AirBnB. There are lots of places to stay in the Tri-Cities and you’ll find an option for almost any budget.
There’s lots to do! Some of our favorites include walking along the river at Howard Amon park and going wine tasting (this IS wine country, after all).
The Sugar Pine Barn is located in Benton City, WA, about 15 minutes outside of Richland. There are a few ways to get there, so we recommend taking the fastest route that the GPS gives you.
