We strongly encourage booking as early as possible, as rooms are subject to availability and the region is especially busy during this time of year.

Are there transportation options available between the hotel and wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We've arranged for shuttle service to transport guests between Inn & Spa at Loretto and the wedding venue, Four Seasons Rancho de Encantado. Shuttle schedules will be provided closer to the date, ensuring you can plan your day with ease. Should you choose to drive to the wedding venue, valet parking is available.

We understand the importance of reliable transportation to and from our event and acknowledge that in some locations or during peak times, ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft may not always be as dependable as expected. Here are some alternatives and suggestions to ensure you have a smooth experience: Schedule Your Ride: When possible, take advantage of the scheduling feature available on both the Uber and Lyft apps to book your ride in advance. Car Rentals: For maximum flexibility, consider renting a car. This might be especially practical if you're planning on exploring the area or if public transport options are limited. Shuttle Transportation: We strongly encourage all guests to secure their accommodations at one of our designated hotels where we have reserved room blocks specifically for our event. Not only will booking early ensure you receive our special group rate, but it also simplifies your logistics by making you eligible for the complimentary shuttle transportation we’ve arranged to and from the event venue. We are excited to have a formal wedding! Tuxedos for men are encouraged but dark suits are great too. Long formal dresses or gowns for women. Sparkles and glam welcome!
