When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2:10. You are welcome to arrive anywhere between 1:30 and 2:10

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal or cocktail attire is suggested. Thank you!

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will specifically say if you are provided a +1. If you are still unsure, reach out to Haley or Rob.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the casino restrictions we are having a kid free wedding. I know this makes things difficult for all of you moms and dads out there, but we hope you will still be able to come! If you can't we completely understand.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Elite limousine will be running a shuttle leaving the Springhill Suites hotel at 1 PM and 1:40 PM. Unfortunately the shuttle is unable to pick up at the Resident's Inn, but it will drop off there and the hotels are only about 1 block apart.

I have a food allergy or diet restriction, can I make a special request?

Of course! There is a section for this when you are RSVPing. If you have any concerns please feel free to reach out to Haley or Rob personally.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking will be available at both locations. For Phipps conservatory there will be FREE valet parking! You can drive right up in front of the entrance to the garden. Bonus note - if you don't want to pay for parking at the hotel, the casino told us that our guests would be fine to leave their cars there overnight! Transportation to and from the casino will be handled through Elite limousine, so you would only need to worry about walking back (or getting an uber) in the morning!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

The hotels both offer free breakfast the next morning! We will hopefully have more information on if they are doing in-person dining as the event gets closer. If so, Rob and I will be going back and forth between the two to try to catch as many of our guests as we can!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! We are going to reserve a section of Soho (connected to the Springhill hotel) for after the casino. I expect some of you will likely stay at the casino or travel to some of the other bars on the north shore also. Just know the after party at soho is available!

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Of course! Duh! Come ready to have your drink of choice AND the bride and groom signature drinks!

What time are the shuttles available for the reception

Answer

To take you to the reception, the shuttle will run in 15 minute increments from 4:30 - 5:15. At the end of the reception, the shuttle will run from 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
