What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. This ensures that everyone is on time and the ceremony can start promptly at 4pm. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. Ladies - the ceremony will be on grass, so block heels, platforms, or flats are recommended. White is reserved for the bride.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

As much as we love your children, our wedding is an adult only event (21+). We ask that you make arrangements for a babysitter and enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please refrain from taking photos/video or using any phones during the entire ceremony, and be completely present with us for our big day. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture this moment for us, so please stay out of their way. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you like! We would love to see any photos you take of our wedding day. If sharing on social media please tag us!

I have a dietary restriction. Will there be food for me?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style dinner and our venue is able to accommodate any dietary restrictions and will make a special plate for you. When you RSVP, please specify your specific dietary restriction so we can plan accordingly.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

November is a beautiful time of year in Arizona! The average daily temperature in November is 70-80 degrees. Sunset is at 5:25 pm, with temperatures cooling to an average of 55 degrees at night. Our venue will have heaters around the reception space in the evening, but please plan accordingly with layers as needed.

Where to stay?

Answer

We opted out of a room block as the venue and nearby hotels are located outside of the popular/nightlife areas. We recommend staying in Downtown Phoenix or Old Town Scottsdale. Both offer a variety of hotel and Airbnb accommodations. Our venue is located about 15 minutes from Downtown Phoenix and 25 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue. Any vehicles left at the venue after 10pm will be subject to tow. Please make plans to Uber if you will be drinking with us!
