This is where the wedding shuttle will pick guests up and drop them off throughout the evening. If you wish to use another hotel in the area, we recommend looking into alternative transportation options for the evening of the wedding. Please book with the group link below prior to 10 November 2024.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue (and back!)

December 31, 2023 6:30 pm - 1:30 am

The first shuttle will run at 6:30 pm from The Hampton Inn to The Hotel Cocord for the wedding ceremony. The second shuttle will depart The Hampton Inn at 7:05 pm. The first evening shuttle will run at 12:30 am, following the NYE ball drop. The final shuttle will depart at 1:15 am.

Charlotte-Douglas International Airport

Charlotte Douglas Airport (40min) is the primary airport in the area, although smaller airlines do fly in and out of the Concord Airport (23 min).
